Healthy bodies, healthy minds! Extra Ed gets kids of all ages and skill levels moving in healthy and fun ways with our full range of sports and fitness programming. Our programs are designed with inclusion in mind, and are customized to be developmentally appropriate, participant centered, and holistic.

From multi-sports to team sports, our programs cover everything from basic motor skills to deep breathing for yoga. We get bodies moving, smiles smiling, and confidence building, as participants work up sweats both independently and as part of teams. Students’ passion for fun movement will be honed into a confidence that will serve them their entire lives.

Yoga is a wonderful way to wind down, improve flexibility, and practice breathing.
