COURSE OVERVIEW

Yoga is a wonderful way to wind down, improve flexibility, and practice breathing. Our instructors encourage a connection between the mind and body to bring emotional balance and physical confidence. As children are guided through their poses, they will increase their flexibility. strengthen their bodies, improve concentration, and boost self-esteem. With their new physical capabilities, students will discover how to maintain a solid core, inside and out!
