We do not ship or deliver any products or services.

Refund:

Our refund policy is straightforward and easy to understand.

If you choose to withdraw your child from our program because you are dissatisfied, we will issue a full refund.

If you choose to withdraw your child for any other reason (schedule conflict, double-booked, etc..) you may choose between a pro-rated refund based on the number of classes attended/missed, minus a $15 administrative and processing fee, OR a pro-rated credit to your account based on number of classes attended/missed, with no fee. Please note that a credit expires after one year.

If classes are cancelled for reasons beyond our control (snow days, unforeseen scheduling conflict with school, etc..) we will do our best to reschedule. However, if this is not possible, no refunds are issued and class materials will be taught during the remaining sessions, within reason. In cases where this is not possible we will apply a credit to your account based on classes attended/missed.
