COURSE OVERVIEW
This program sees students write, shoot, edit, and complete a short film of approximately five to seven minutes in length. We don’t waste any time thrusting them into being the star character, the director, a member of the film crews, and a backroom editor, all at once!
Students are divided into groups based on level, and work both
individually and with others on all aspects of the project. All levels learn about shooting techniques, audio, lighting, and especially, editing. Writing, sharing ideas, filming each other, and general collaboration with peers are big parts of completing the project.
All levels are welcome - come join the fun!
Important Notes: All levels of this program may involve the participants shooting videos of
many things, including each other.
Required Equipment: Students will be required to bring their own devices to film with.
