Get those bodies moving. The focus of our program is physical engagement. Participants get active through warm-ups, skill-building drills, and a friendly game of the day's highlighted sport.
Skills development. Improve focus and coordination through sport-specific exercises like soccer passing drills or basketball dribbling challenges—each tailored to the sport of the day.
Inclusive fun. During games, our supportive instructors encourage participation and sportsmanship. Fairness and teamwork are our top priorities, with winning and losing taking a backseat to fun.
Our program is crafted to cater to various skill levels. Instructors ensure drills and games are grouped by age and skill, providing everyone with the chance to enhance their abilities and join the enjoyment.

This program (delivered in-school, during class time) has been designed to supplement and extend Ontario school curriculum. Our experiential mode of instruction brings unique activities into any classroom, resulting in meaningful and memorable learning outcomes. Learn more>
Our Lunch and Afterschool Clubs are typically run as three to eight-week programs, but we also offer one-off presentations, including half-day or full-day activities.
Our In-Class Enrichment programs are tailored to suit the particular needs of any given classroom and school budget and can be presented as half-day, full-day, multiple-day, or weekly activities.
