COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Resourceful Cooking program teaches students all about cooking - with an environmental twist! We use natural materials and little equipment (no ovens!) to teach students the science of cooking, cooking with nature, and how to master beautiful plating. Students will participate in hands-on lessons guided by creative, food-savvy instructors, and are free to explore and learn through trial and error - hopefully making some happy mistakes along the way. If your child is interested in the power of vitamins, which weeds are ok to eat, or just wants to dye a piece of broccoli hot pink, sign up now!
