If the cost of these camps is a barrier to your child participating, we have opened up TWO SPOTS, PER AGE GROUP, PER WEEK at each location as pay-what-you-can. Please reach out to us directly by phone or email, and see below for more on the pay-what-you-can-policy.

PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN POLICY
We have opened up two spots, per group, per week, at all locations, as pay-what-you-can for families that can’t afford the full price.
We do not subject anyone to any demeaning or intrusive questions about their finances in order to prove that they deserve this. We simply take everyone at their word. Families and families alone decide how much, if anything, they are able to pay. Please respect this honour system.
This policy is in place because we genuinely and deeply care about supporting children and families that really need it, rather than giving a family a discount that wants it.
HOW WE DETERMINE WHO GETS THESE SPOTS:
Once we have your child or children on our list, we sort out which weeks everyone wants, if they are flexible with moving locations, keeping siblings together, age groups, etc. (It’s a lot to administer!) We let people know with as much notice as possible if they have the spot.
Please note that demand for these spots has already been strong, so we are limiting this opportunity to one single week for each of your children.
In the event that camps are cancelled due to health guidelines, we will either issue a full refund or find alternative options through the other programs we offer.
If you wish to cancel a registration two weeks or more before the start date, there is an administrative fee of $10 and issue a full refund for the remaining amount OR offer you a credit on your account for future programming, including our school and online programs.
If you wish to cancel a registration within two weeks of the start date of your camps, there is an administrative fee of $50 and a refund on the remaining amount

INDOOR/OUTDOOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
We run morning physical activities outdoors when the sun isn’t as bright. Afternoon activities will generally be indoors to limit sun exposure during the very powerful afternoon hours.
Some of the physical activities that we will be running include capture the flag, scavenger hunts, obstacle courses, water balloon frisbee, and much more.
Our aim with all of these is to make them inclusive and fun for a wide range of capabilities. We don’t do soccer drills for hours or offer specialized training for sports...BUT, we do run memorable activities that cater to each age group and will get everyone involved and smiling.
PLEASE NOTE that we love being outdoors! This is of course weather-dependent, but we can tolerate a little drizzle or some clouds, so we will be outside as much as possible. Thunder and lightning will move us indoors.
PROGRAM ACTIVITIES
We mix this up each and every week, but some of the most popular programs that we will be running include LEGO® building, LEGO® Robotics ( using WeDo 2.0 and EV3), coding, chess, film, photography, music improv, drawing/sketching, gardening, and much more!
SURPRISE ACTIVITIES
We like to keep everyone on their toes, so throughout the summer, we will have some of our specialty instructors come in and run workshops with each age group to shake things up.
We don’t want to give away too much, but these can include fun arts and science experiments, money management(you’d be surprised indeed by how fun this can be), and much more.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING▼
PIZZA DAYS/FOOD
Every Friday is PIZZA DAY, so don’t pack any lunches!
Apart from that, please pack a lunch every other day, as well as snacks and water bottles and other essentials.
Due to allergies, everyone must bring NUT-FREE snacks and lunches.
We will have 2 snack breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) and lunch will be approximately 12:00-1:00.
- - Water bottles
- - Sun protection (we strongly recommend hats and light long sleeve shirts, because they can always offer good sun protection even if the kids forget to apply sunscreen)
- - Nut free lunches and snacks
- - Rain gear (we love being outdoors! This is of course weather-dependent, but we can tolerate a little drizzle or some clouds, so we will be outside as much as possible. Thunder and lightning will move us indoors)
- - A change of clothes.
- It would help if everything was labelled.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) ▼
Questions about our camps? We have your answers!
- Do you offer daily prices?
No, our camps run weekly from Monday to Friday.
- If we sign up for multiple weeks, will my child be doing the same thing?
No. We do our utmost best to keep creating new and exciting lessons and activities weekly. We may repeat a popular LEGO® or Robotics build or outdoor activity throughout the weeks, but that's it.
- Will the different age groups be in the same classes?
No. We will keep the cohorts separate according to TPH guidelines. When we're all having lunch outside, we can talk to the other campers. But the classes are separate. The older group may be doing the same LEGO® project as the younger group, however, if they want, we can definitely give them challenges to complete.
- What should I pack?
Children should come with: water bottles, hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, nut free lunches, nut free snacks, and a change of clothes. Everything should be labelled.
- Is food provided?
No, except for Friday's Pizza Day . Due to allergies, everyone must bring NUT-FREE snacks and lunches. We will have 2 snack breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) and lunch will be approximately 12:00-1:00.
