Discover new potential. Our students learn through both technical lessons and hands-on exploration—fostering their imaginations as they discover the potential of manipulating and combining different media.
Surprise yourself. Inventiveness is the order of the day in our mixed media program. We foster experimentation and playful expression, relishing the artistic surprise of unexpected “happy-accidents.”
Unleash your creativity. With the opportunity to mix media in innumerable and creative ways, students are able to discover unique expressions of their creativity, bounded only by their own imaginations.
All skill levels welcome!
Our art courses are designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels, with projects that are open-ended and accessible. When applicable, our instructors will teach advanced techniques to more experienced students.
Curriculum notes
Appropriate to their age and abilities, students may be instructed in:
- • Blending markers and water
- • Creating with foam shapes
- • Construction paper mosaics
- • Exploring negative space with "tape art”
- • Collaborative drawing projects
- • Kindergarten crafts

This program (delivered in-school, during class time) has been designed to supplement and extend Ontario school curriculum. Our experiential mode of instruction brings unique activities into any classroom, resulting in meaningful and memorable learning outcomes. Learn more>
