Gymnastics<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>

Bend, balance and shine.<\/strong><\/h3>

Splits and scissor kicks.<\/strong><\/span> We focus on core skills such as balance and coordination to learn basic rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. In our fun and supportive environment students develop strength, flexibility, and confidence!<\/p>

Build on fundamentals.<\/span><\/strong> As they progress past the basics, participants are instructed in a variety of skills, including star jumps, half turns, tuck jumps, cartwheels, and handstands\u2014all in a safe and positive setting.<\/p>

Tumbling into routines.<\/span><\/strong> Gymnastics routines develop patience, endurance and body awareness. Our instructors teach various techniques used to link series of foundational moves into progressively more challenging and rewarding routines.<\/p>\n\t

New experiences class-to-class and term-to-term!<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>

We keep things fresh by bringing a new activity, theme, or lesson to every class. Every term students sign up, they'll experience something unique and new. <\/p>

All skill levels welcome!<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>

Whether your child is a beginner or already has some keen Frisbee skills, they'll have a blast learning new skills, honing their abilities, and experiencing the joy of this fast-paced sport.<\/p><\/div>\n
