Si vous choisissez de retirer votre enfant de notre programme parce que vous n'\u00eates pas satisfait, nous vous rembourserons int\u00e9gralement.<\/p>\n

Si vous d\u00e9cidez de retirer votre enfant pour toute autre raison (conflit d'horaire, double r\u00e9servation, etc.), vous pouvez choisir entre un remboursement au prorata bas\u00e9 sur le nombre de cours suivis\/manqu\u00e9s, moins des frais administratifs et de traitement de $15, OU un cr\u00e9dit au prorata sur votre compte bas\u00e9 sur le nombre de cours suivis\/manqu\u00e9s, sans frais. Veuillez noter qu'un cr\u00e9dit expire apr\u00e8s un an.<\/p>\n

Si les cours sont annul\u00e9s pour des raisons ind\u00e9pendantes de notre volont\u00e9 (journ\u00e9es de neige, conflit d'horaire impr\u00e9vu avec l'\u00e9cole, etc.), nous ferons de notre mieux pour les reprogrammer.
