"The instructor was wonderful! She was patient, pleasant and understood my age group of children. My students definitely became more money wise and more financially literate!” -Lisa, Teacher
Extra Ed has turned basic Financial Literacy upside-down! From “boring and tedious” to “fun and inspiring.” Be warned, however, that this program will also turn your home life upside-down. From “mom and dad, give me money,” to “mom and dad, give me money…for my RESP.”
All Extra Ed on-site programs feature interactive group activities, easy-to-understand visual presentations, highly charged discussions, and everything is applied to real-life choices.
As they progress, students build learning on credit cards, credit scores, student loans, chequing and savings accounts, on through to registered accounts like RESPs and RRSPs, taxes and investing.
Our “Money Managers” learn real life things like what it actually costs parents to keep a kid fed, clothed and educated for a year, which adds up to a sound investment for parents!
